There are two Pilates classes running at Woodlands Hall as part of EHDC’s Get Up and Go project. The project aims to help individuals who are sedentary or at risk of long term health conditions by providing them with fitness classes at low cost. Suitable for beginners, there is a focus on mental wellbeing as well as physical health.

The instructor, Ramona, offers two Pilates classes on a Wednesday. Pilates Fusion at 10am and Chair Based Pilates at 11.30am. No equipment is needed, each class costs £5 and you are welcome to just arrive on the day. You can also book ahead on the website if you prefer: https://www.getupandgoeasthants.com/book-activities
