National Hedgerow Week

Saturday marked the start of the first ever National Hedgerow Week being organised by the Tree Council. The initiative aims to highlight the immense contribution the unsung hedgerow makes in the fight against climate change, biodiversity loss, and urban air pollution.

A number of activities will take place throughout the week, the first of which will be on Monday 31st May an ‘introduction to the dynamic world of hedgerows’.
